The batching plant is composed of aggregate batching system, aggregate conveying system, measuring system, mixing system, electronic control system, water supply system, air supply system, cement spiral conveyor, cement silo, etc.
1. Aggregate batching system
PLD automatic concrete batching machine is used in this concrete batching plant. The aggregate scale is composed of a belt conveyor and a weighing bucket. When the belt conveyor is in the measuring state, the flat belt is in the paused state. When the aggregate is measured, the flat belt starts unloading. The storage bin of batching machine adopts "one" type or "L" type arrangement and can store three or four kinds of aggregate at the same time.
2. Mixing system
The main mixing machine of this batching plant adopts double horizontal shaft forced mixer, which can be used for mixing dry hard concrete, pasty concrete, light-weight aggregate concrete and all kinds of mortar in the construction. The machine is characterized by reasonable structure, good mixing quality, short time, low energy consumption and low noise.
3. Measuring system
The measuring system is composed of cement scale, fly ash scale, water and admixture scale to help complete the blending process of cement, fly ash, water, admixture and other ingredients.
4. Water supply system
The main function of water supply system is to supply water to water scale. It is mainly composed of a set of water tank, water pump, two sets of solenoid valve and pipeline accessories.
5. Admixture supply system
The main function of admixture supply system is to provide enough admixture for admixture scale. It is mainly composed of two sets of additives storage tank, two sets of solenoid valve, two sets of additives mixing system, two sets of additives pipeline and accessories. Two different liquid additives can be supplied to the admixture scale at the same time
6. Air supply system
The main function of the air supply system is to supply compressed air to the executive components. It is mainly composed of air compressor, gas storage tank, cylinder, solenoid valve and pipeline accessories.
7. Electronic control system
This series of concrete batching plant control system adopts microcomputer automatic control and electronic weighing & metering, with high metering accuracy and small error. It has the functions of screen display, proportion storage, error automatic compensation and compensation of water content of sand and stone, etc. In addition, the equipment is also equipped with a printing system, and can be equipped with monitoring system according to user needs (need to order separately), in order to achieve the centralized control of the entire equipment and the overall management. Electrical components are of well-known brands at home and abroad with stable and reliable performance.
8. Spiral conveyor
Spiral conveyor is a equipment of continuous conveying of materials by means of a rotating body in a shell of closed cylindrical section.The plant is equipped with universal feeding mouth type spiral conveyor, making installation more convenient.
9. Cement silo
Cement silo is a kind of equipment used to store bulk cement or other powder materials. It is composed of ash pipe, cylinder, material level meter, arch breaking system, dust removal system, unloading device, base frame and other parts. First, cement is filled into the silo by bulk cement truck.t, after filling, open discharge butterfly valve to supply cement to the outside. According to the usage, one set of batching plant can be equipped with 1-3 cement silos and 1 fly ash silo.
